Music that Moves Me: Exogenesis Symphony Part 3 (Redemption)

Exogenesis Symphony (Part Three) is so truly beautiful... it is primarily instrumental, with a slow start, but it changes directions a few times throughout. One of my favorite songs to just listen to and absorb and feel the emotion of. It is actually the third part of 'Exogenesis Symphony', and all three pieces are beautiful together.

You can listen to parts one and part two by following the links. Part One, Overture, speaks of feeling trapped by God's program, asks why, and states "I can't forgive you, and I can't forget". Part Two, Cross Pollination, cries out for rescue, and tells someone that everything is up to them. In Part Three, the struggle for resolution stops, and Mathew Bellamy (the singer and composer) tells us:

"Let's start over again
Why can't we start it over again
Just let us start it over again
And we'll be good
This time we'll get it, get it right
It's our last chance to forgive ourselves"

This final section is called Redemption. I hope you enjoy it :).

Any thoughts? Thanks for reading (and I hope, some of you, listening. I love how it starts to pick up pace and change theme at 1:30... how about you?) :)

I love how you always review music I have never heard of! You must get around more musically than me. :) Thanks for doing these; I really like them! ;)

Thanks so much Shaynie! I've been exposed to a lot of different musical worlds, from my mom's faves which I also love (The Cranberries, Foreigner, Kansas, Fastball, The Cars, Journey, Neon Trees) to friends' music (Muse, Skillet, Thousand Foot Krutch (three different people there)) to my brother (30 Seconds to Mars, All American Rejects, Breaking Benjamin) to my country and pop loving sister (Miranda Lambert, Kelly Clarkson, Josh Turner, BeyoncĂ©, Brad Paisley). Throw in my favorite rock radio, and the fact that if I hear a song I like I look it up, then all other songs by that artist, then similar artists, etc… I'm always learning about more :). The thing is, I really listen. When someone says 'I love -insert band name here-' I keep it in mind, then look it up when I get a chance to see for myself. It's almost like a hobby... or maybe a music obsession :D. I am so very glad that you're enjoying these posts (I actually am too), and thanks for being such a faithful follower and commenter :). I really appreciate it!

I stopped doing anything while listening to this piece of awesome music. I just wanted to listen to it. It's amazing.
That's why I love Muse that much! I could listen to their music the whole day...
